1. What is the lead time for an order to be ready?

Our current production lead time for custom orders is around 14 working days (excluding delivery lead time), subjected to availability of slots for customised orders. 

All orders which require name personalisation or are listed as made-to-order will fall into the category of custom orders.

For ready stock items, our turnaround time to dispatch the orders is within 3-4 working days.

P.S: Our working days are from Mondays to Fridays.

2.  How are lead time being calculated?

For custom orders: Our lead time =  +14 working days for production (excluding Sat and Sun) from date of order confirmation with full payment made +2 working days to get your order ready for mailing/delivery.

For ready stock orders: Lead time = +3-4 working days (excluding Sat and Sun) from date of order confirmation with full payment made.

Orders are dispatched on every Tuesdays and Thursdays. Hence, if your custom/ personalised order is ready on Monday, it would be dispatched on the following Tuesday and if your custom order/personalised order is ready on Tuesday, it would be dispatched on the following Thursday.

3. Why does it require a longer lead time for an custom order to be ready?

As our products are handmade from scratch, we would require time to sew them into a final product, while also making sure that it is of acceptable quality and workmanship.

At the same time, other than fulfilling custom orders, our time is also split among development of new designs, sourcing and procurement of fabrics, administrative work, customer service, marketing and logistic fulfilment etc. 

Hence, when we received your order, the order will go into next available slot for production, based on our production plan and schedule.

While we always aim to complete your order earlier than the stated lead time, we hope to seek your kind understanding that a minimum production lead time will ensue for all custom orders.

If you need your order urgently, please do contact us via email or PM us on FB/IG to check with us for slots availability before placing your order. Kindly note that additional fees will apply for all rush orders.

Lastly, Quirki Babies is actually a ‘one-woman show’ business whereby, the founder/designer/sewist is also a mum of 2 active young kids, trying her best to get things going. :P

 

4. Can i choose and mix & match my own fabric combination?

To ensure a better work flow, we no longer allow the option for customers to mix & match their own fabric combination. Our designs are now standardised.

 

5. Can I choose to customise a different size from your standard sizes?

To ensure a better work flow, we no longer accept custom orders for different sizes.

 

6. I like a fabric print from your beansprout husk pillow collection, but i do not see it in other product lines such as baby bolster, gift set etc, can i request to customise?

Yes, we accept customisation to make into baby bolster, blanket, gift sets etc using the fabric print from our beansprout husk pillow collection.

 

7. Do you accept self collection?
