1. Create An Account with Us
To shop with us, you do not really need to have an account with us. However, for the ease of shopping with us in the future and a more hassle free experience, we highly encourage you to create an account as it only takes a minute to do so.
2. Place an Order and Checkout
Step 1: Review your order. Select your preferred mode of payment, shipping method as well as Ship To Country. If you have a coupon code, enter the code and click on the 'Apply Coupon' button. To proceed on, click on 'Checkout Now' Button.
Step 2: Enter your contact information, delivery and billing addresses. Please ensure that all fields are entered correctly. To confirm your order, click on 'Place Order Now'. Upon completion, you will be issued an order number and receive a confirmation email with an order summary.
Please note for Internet Banking, PayLah! and ATM Bank Transfers, payment must be completed and notified to us within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice. Order will be automatically cancelled if not paid within 24 hours. All prices listed in our online store are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Internet Banking, PayLah!/PayNOW, ATM Bank Transfers, Visa, AMEX and MasterCard.
For Internet Banking, PayLah! and ATM transactions, please ensure that payment must be made and notified to us within 24 hours after the issue of the order invoice.
Orders will be automatically cancelled without prior notice if payment is not received within the stipulated timeframe.
For ATM users, you will be required to email us at email@example.com a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt.
For Internet Banking/PayLah!/PayNOW customers, please indicate the Invoice No. along with your Initial in the transaction details for easy tracking purpose.
