Return and Exchange Policy
We are happy to provide an exchange if the goods received are not in good order or does not match what you have purchased. If this happened, just return the item to us within 7 days upon receipt of your goods.
Here are some simple guidelines:
1. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Meaning that the merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, in its original packaging and that you include a copy of the invoice with your reason for return.
2. Items returned after 7 days or not in its original condition will not be accepted for exchange.
3. This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Nonexchangeable and Non-refundable, i.e SALE items.
4. This return policy does not apply to custom made orders. Custom made orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Custom made orders refer to items not listed in our website as standard inventory and items with name personalisation.
5. This return policy does not apply to conditions stated in our Product Info.
6. Any shipping costs incurred for exchanges will be billed to customer who placed the original order, unless otherwise specified.
